CSIW = Customer Satisfaction Index Weighted
F = Frequencies of satisfaction scores
W = Weight of satisfaction scores
Wmax = Max possible weight

Syntax

mmCSIW(Score_Frequencies, Weights)

Score_Frequencies The range with the frequencies of the satisfaction scores
Weights The range with the weights to assign to the frequencies of the satisfaction scores
