mmMG1, Queuing Model

The MG1 Queuing Model is used to analyze queuing problems in which service time cannot be modeled accurately using an exponential distribution.

Syntax

mmMG1(Arrival_Rate, Service_Time, StDev_Service_Time, Optional Labels, Optional Show_Time)

Arrival_Rate Average number of arrivals per time period
Service_Time Number of jobs or customers that can be served per time period
StDev_Service_Time Standard deviation of the service time
Labels Optional - TRUE shows long report labels in output, FALSE shows short report labels
Show_Time Optional - TRUE shows time using mmDHSM, FALSE shows time as a number
