mmCSII, Customer Satisfaction Index with Importance Weight

The mmCSII formula produces a Customer Satisfaction Index by weighting the satisfaction scores by the importance weight, both as expressed by interviewees during a market research survey.

Where:

CSII = Customer Satisfaction Index with Importance weight
Sbar = Mean satisfaction score
Ibar = Mean importance score
Smax = Max possible satisfaction score

Syntax

mmCSII(Scores, Weights, Max_Score, Optional Database, Optional Group_Name)

Scores All the satisfaction scores assigned by interviewees to a question
Weights All the importance scores assigned by interviewees to a question
Max_Score The maximum possible satisfaction score interviewees can answer with
Database Optional - The labels assigned to each interview, e.g., "Man" or "Woman"
Group_Name Optional - The database label to compute the CSII for, e.g., "Man"
