mmCAGR, Compound Annual Growth

The CAGR is a constant year-on-year growth rate applied over a period of time. Given starting and ending values, and the length of the period involved, the CAGR can be calculated as follows:

Where:

e = Ending value
s = Starting value
y = Number of years (or time periods)

Syntax

mmCAGR(Last_Period, Previous_Period, Optional Number_Periods)

Last_Period The latest sales value
Previous_Period The previous sales value
Number_Periods R3COptional - Number of time periods between Last and Previous period
